Windows WMF vulnerability

A new vulnerability was recently confirmed in the Windows Meta File format that affects all versions of Microsoft Windows. The severity of the hole caused concern for IDA Pro developer Ilfak Guilfanov who has released an unofficial patch in a post on his security blog, general consensus from security experts seems to be that everyone should install this until such time MS releases a patch. New Disney Store Website

The Disney Store website was recently brought to my attention, it has undergone a redesign which not only looks great but validates XHTML 1.0 Transitional, renders extremely quickly and is almost WCAG AAA compliant. Great work by the people responsible. Their site development notes also make good reading.

Gmail new features

Gmail has been updated, looks like they are really listening to users feedback which is good to see. Three of the top requests have been added. It is now possible to import contacts from a variety of sources, there is a signature option and the Mac Safari browser is now supported. Hopefully the ability to save drafts is still on the hitlist as it is a feature I think the service would benefit from.

Complete

Initial phase of the site is done, projects are up and added a contact form. Or it will be as soon as I have added some padding to these news items, doesn't sit well this close together.
